- NGO DARPAN (Niti Aayog): A.S.E.S. is registered under the NGO DARPAN (Niti Aayog) Act, enabling us to receive foreign funding and support for our charitable activities, subject to compliance with relevant regulations and reporting requirements.
- 80G Certification: Our organization has been granted 80G certification by the Income Tax Department, allowing donors to avail tax benefits for contributions made towards our charitable initiatives, thereby incentivizing support for our cause.
- 12A Exemption: A.S.E.S. has been granted 12A exemption status by the Income Tax Department, entitling us to exemptions from paying income tax on our charitable income, further maximizing the impact of donations and funding towards our mission.
- PAN Registration: We hold a Permanent Account Number (PAN) issued by the Income Tax Department, facilitating compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting requirements applicable to non-profit organizations.
