Learning Centers

Education is a vital aspect of life, particularly for children. Due to a lack of education and awareness, many children suffer in various ways, such as engaging in activities like rag picking, begging, and becoming victims of sexual exploitation. To enhance the lives of these children, we have initiated remedial classes for rag pickers in the Bhopura Slum of Ghaziabad. Our remedial education program caters to children involved in rag picking and begging. Over 300 rag pickers, especially those who are not enrolled in school, regularly attend our remedial classes at our education center. Additionally, we provide them with nutritional supplements to boost their energy levels and foster their interest in learning. We also conduct awareness activities on various issues including health and hygiene, sexual harassment, self-defense, and the adverse effects of drugs and alcohol.
